Please use this form to notify our HTB team of your planned HTB event.
Events submitted on this form must follow HTB 2026 rules:
1. All events must be held from Wednesday January 21, 2026 through Sunday January 25, 2026
2. All events should use standard title format and page format matching other HTB events.
Event hosts of approved events will recieve prize items to be distributed at their HTB event to attendees and a thank you gift for the host.
Deadline to sign up on this form to host an event is 12/20/2025 to allow time for distribution of prizes.
The MWGB team reserves the right to limit the number of approved events for any reason, including geographic distribution or failure to follow event guidelines.
