Each vending segment is approximately 8β x 10β

Includes:

1 front table

1 back table

2 chairs

π Vending Hours & Participation

Vendors may operate only during scheduled βFlea Market Openβ hours

Vendor fees may be:

Cash payments or

In-kind contributions (services, merchandise, or auction items)

Fees and contributions are negotiated with the Vendor Manager when your request is submitted

Final placement is at MWGBβs discretion to ensure optimal traffic flow and participation

Setup and teardown:

Allowed one hour before and one hour after Flea Market hours

Vendors may only occupy space during designated hours

Keep your setup within your assigned space

Do not block aisles or neighboring vendors

All items must be appropriate for a family-friendly geocaching event

π Security & Liability

Spangler Arena is locked nightly at 9:00 pm, but is not considered secure

Vendors are responsible for protecting their own merchandise
-
MWGB is not responsible for loss or theft

Vendors are set up along the wall near the large doors

π One vehicle may be parked on the grass, provided it does not block traffic
-
Flooring is a mix of concrete and dirt

Cover items to protect from dust when not in use

The arena is not air-conditioned

Bring fans for hot weather

Secure displays against wind

π Food vendors are close, but food service is not included with vending fees

Please respect the reserved central area for the event stage
